Using CT Chat

We've added a Chat Widget icon to the Services menu in the Launcher so that customers with a Maintenance and Support Agreement can connect directly with the chat team at ChiroTouch Support. Customers who don't have a support contract will be directed to the CT Community sign-up page.

  1. On the Launcher, go to CT Services and click ChatWidget.
  2. In the Instant Chat window that appears, select a Reason for chat and add a Description of the Issue.
  3. Click Talk with a Live Person.
