All past, present and future appointments and events can be displayed in the work area. CT Scheduler retains a history of your completed, canceled, missed, and rescheduled appointments. The amount of this information you want to see in the work area is completely up to you.
You have options to configure what type of information you want to see. To access your configuration options, click the Configure button located in the main CT Scheduler toolbar. An Options dialog box appears.
In the Options dialog box, there are three category options:
- View Appointments
- Schedule Appointments
Click the buttons in the left column to access each category.
