Event Scheduling

The CT Scheduler application displays events in the schedule along with individual appointments, providing you and your staff with a visual representation of all activity on your schedule.

Manage Events

Open the CT Scheduler application and click Events.

 

View all existing events at your practice in the Events list at the top of the Clinic Events window. Events will remain in this list until they are manually deleted.

View details for a specific event in the Enter event information pane by selecting it from the Events list.

Filter events in the list by selecting from the Providers, Rooms and Dates drop-down menus at the top of the window.

To delete an event, select it in the Events list and click Delete.

CRITICAL:  
When you delete an event, it is completely removed from your system

To print a report of all your events, click Print.

To edit an event, select it in the Events list and change desired information in the Enter event information pane at the bottom of the window and click Save.

Create New Event

  1. Select either the Single or Recurring radio button under New Event at the upper right of the window. Click Create.
  2. Click Create.
  3. Select the Start and End date and time and enter a Description in the Enter event information pane.
  4. To prevent appointments from being scheduled during the new event, select the Don't allow appointments checkbox.
  5. Select the provider(s) and room(s) schedule(s) that the event appears on.
  6. Click Save.
