Setting Up COREscore 2.0

To set up CLA (CoreScore) in ChiroTouch:

  1. Open Front Desk.
  2. Click Patient Management.

  1. Choose a patient.
  2. Go to Records.
  3. Go to Settings.

  1. Enable COREscore.
  2. Add the username and password.

Importing Scans into ChiroTouch

To import the Scans into ChiroTouch, we need to follow the steps below:

  1. Open the patient's Records.
  2. Go to New, then File.

  1. Select "INSiGHT CORESCORE" File Type.

  1. Choose "The Insight".

  1. Choose the date of visit.
  2. Click Import.

  1. An import complete pop up will come up – Click OK.

  1. An Insight folder with the date will be created under patients’ records.
  1. You can click on the file to view the image.

Adding Scans to Provider All-In-One

To add a scan to the Images section:

  1. In the Images section of the All-In-One screen, click Images.
  2. Select Select Image.

  1. Select the scan.

  1. Click Select. The scan will be added to the Images section.
