Practice Information

Click Practice Information from Settings to access this screen, where you maintain your clinic's address and contact information. And it is where you find your assigned phone number for text messaging.

Establish your InTouch practice information as follows:

1. Ensure that your practice name is how you want it to appear in all correspondence.
2. Ensure that the address and contact information is correct.
3. Set your time zone from the dropdown list.
4. This field displays the phone number assigned to you by our SMS provider. It is here for your reference.

Editing Values

If you edit any value in this screen you will see Save and Cancel buttons appear. Click Save to save the changes.

Note that if you change either your practice name or email address, which are used in templates, you will be asked to confirm that you want these values updated in all templates.
