Overview
Using the most advanced technology available, the ChiroTouch system was developed as a collaborative group of applications, which all have unique functions that operate independently. When used collectively, these applications streamline all daily office tasks, including patient check-in, announcements, chart notes, Quality Payment Program fulfillment, and patient check-out. The following main applications are included in your ChiroTouch suite:
- Front Desk - The Front Desk application provides your office personnel with access to billing, reports, patient flow and intake, scheduling, and more.
- Scheduler- The Scheduler provides accurate and detailed scheduling for effortless organization. Schedule recurring appointments, view multiple provider/room schedules and e-mail your patients a report of their upcoming appointments.
- Provider - The Provider application contains indispensable procedures for your doctors and associates to help you administer comprehensive patient care.
- Provider All-in-One - The All-in-One screen provides the doctor with comprehensive access to a patient's medical chart without having to flip through screens or tabs. From one screen the provider can choose a patient and enter chart notes, treatment plans and notes, diagnoses, patient records, alerts, charges, and listings.
- Maintenance - The Maintenance application contains the functions necessary for maintaining and configuring the ChiroTouch system.
- CT Sign-In - The CT Sign-In application allows your patients to check themselves in via PIN code, barcode, fingerprint scanner or swipe card. This leaves your front desk staff free to tend to other duties, such as getting to know your patients and requesting patient referrals.
- CT Voice Recorder - The CT Voice Recorder allows the provider and staff to record patient names and announcements to personalize the CT Announcer.
- CT Announcer - The CT Announcer broadcasts greetings and directions to the patient, generating patient-specific greetings and directing them to rooms automatically.
This online help is not a Getting Started Guide. It contains fully detailed instructions for using the entire suite of ChiroTouch applications. Read through this manual to familiarize yourself with all of the many capabilities of ChiroTouch and bookmark it for reference when you need to review information about a feature or function.
