Miscellaneous Payments add a debit or credit to the patient account with taking a payment or adding a CPT code. Example: Balance Transfer from an old software. Patient discount. Account write-off
MPOT - Miscellaneous Patient Other Transaction
MIOT - Miscellaneous Insurance Other Transaction
MPBF - Misc. Payment Balance Forward

CCP - Charge Care Package
CRC - Charge Recurring Charge
CRG - Regular Type Charge
CPT - Patient Type Charge
CSV - Service Type Charge
(P)atient - Patient Type Charge - Non billable charge
(S)ervice - Service Type Charge - Billable charge
(R)egular - Regular Type Charge - Billable charge- no appointment required
Recurring - Recurring Charge
Care Pkg - Care Package
Other - MPOT's that add a balance to the ledger, but are not a charge. Example: Transferring a balance from another account and adding it to the ledger
Adj - Adjustment off the charge balance
Tax - Tax added from Patient Type Charges

PIN - Payment by Insurance
PCK - Payment by Check (Patient Payment)
PCS - Payment by Cash (Patient Payment)
PCC - Payment by Credit Card (Patient Payment)
Cash - Cash Payment
Checks - Patient Check Payments
C Cards - Patient Credit Card Payment
D Debit - Patient Direct Debit Payment
