Introduction to Provider All-In-One
Provider All-In-One is an alternate and enhanced version of the Provider application in ChiroTouch. It provides the same functionality yet has more features. The “All-In-One” screen is designed specifically to give you a streamlined view and help you complete your documentation quickly.
The dynamic user interface provides a quick way to get data into the system. With the comprehensive screen view, you can verify that you’ve completed every step of the patient’s visit, and have an immediate reference to scan for possible errors and omissions.
Provider All-In-One offers added value for maintaining a high volume practice. All ChiroTouch Provider functions, including treatment notes, chart notes, treatment plan, diagnoses, records, alerts, and charges are collectively located on one screen and separated into sections. Each section is color-coded for a clear visual reference. The additional images and listings sections offer the advantage of viewing images and making point of reference notations without ever having to leave the treatment room. When dialog boxes open within the Provider All-In-One dashboard screen, the view is clear and centered, and the information in all other sections can still be referenced.
The user interface is easy to use. Interactive dialog boxes pop up with one click or touch of the screen. You can click within these pop-ups to access even more links while still being able to view the main Provider screen. With only a few touches of the screen, the doctor can open and edit a collection of macros to enter chart notes or create a treatment plan in less time than it takes to look for a pen.
The program functions are tied to CT Sign-In and CT Announcer. Through Provider All-In-One, you can see which patients have signed in, and you can prompt CT Announcer to direct the patient into a specified treatment room.
Provider All-In-One also has a patient self check-in feature that is similar to CT Sign-In. This feature gives you an alternative to your patient self check-in procedures if you don’t want to bog down the lobby area, or if you would prefer your patients to process do it the privacy of the exam room.
Before proceeding with this chapter, determine how your office is structured and how you to utilize the Provider All-In-One application. Decide on how many provider workstations you will need and where you to place them. The computers may be configured to be specific to one room, so your office can easily manage as many Provider All-In-One applications as there are treatment rooms.
Provider All-In-One’s dashboard screen is designed for a comprehensive view and without the need to tab or scroll. For optimal viewing, we recommend that you set your computer’s display resolution to 1280 x 1024 pixels or higher. If you own a tablet PC or have a computer monitor with a lower resolution, simply use the scroll bars to access all areas of the screen.
The Provider All-In-One section of this Online Manual has been organized into two chapters in order to simplify extensive instructions. This chapter provides an overview of the Provider All-In-One application. The second chapter discusses the tasks associated with each Provider All-In-One section in further detail.
