Importing and Exporting Macro Sets
Under the Actions menu in the Macro Setup Tool are options for importing and exporting macro sets.
- Click Import Macro Set and select a macro file to import from your computer.
NOTE:
To see a growing list of additional macro sets available for download, log in to your MyChiroTouch account and navigate to the Library section.
- Click Open.
- Select the macro set. If you wish to rename the macro set, select Rename selected macro set and type a new name in the text field.
- Click OK. The macro set will now be available in your chart notes.
- Click Export Macro Sets.
- Select the macro set you wish to export. You will be asked whether you wish to enable password protection. This can be used for security when sharing macros to prevent the user who imports the set from exporting it or making a copy of it. The user who imports the password-protected set must also be on ChiroTouch Version 5.4.9 or higher in order for this to work.
- Select Yes to password protect the set. Enter a password and click OK.
- Select No to export the set without password protection.
- Choose a location where you wish to save the file.
- (Optional) Enter a file name.
- Click Save. The macro set will be saved as an .xml file.
When finished importing or exporting, click Close to return to the Chart Note Editor screen.
