Logging In to MyChiroTouch for information on locating your Client ID and logging in to your MyChiroTouch account.
Click the red Account button on the home page. Your account information appears. You can then click the Edit button to change your contact information. To edit your credit card information and choose which credit card is used for which service, click Manage Payment Methods in the header bar above your account information.
All active clients receive the newsletter and Quick Tips unless they have unsubscribed. If the email address we have on file for your office is correct, you should already be receiving these communications. We can currently hold 3 email addresses on file per office. Keep in mind that you can always forward the newsletter or send a hosted version link (click the Click to view this email in a browser link at the bottom of the email).
All newsletters are archived on MyChiroTouch. To view past newsletters, go to the home page and click Newsletters in the bar below the home page button menu.
First check your junk or spam folder for the confirmation email. If you did not receive one, re-register with a different email address.
You must register with different email addresses—one for EACH staff member attending.
First, ensure that you have the latest version of Adobe Flash Player. If you are having trouble with a video skipping, pausing, or stuttering, click the pause button and wait a few minutes before playing. Depending on the speed of your network, it may take additional time for the video to buffer.
