What the Patient Sees
The email and text messages will appear similar to the examples below.
The patient would then click the email's Pay Your Statement Online button or tap the text's hyperlink.

For both web and mobile notifications, the default browser will open the Statements web site. The patient enters their birth year to confirm their identity and then clicks NEXT.
Their Statement page opens showing the total balance for the statement along with payment options. They would select the type of payment they want to make (see single-account options or linked-account options) and then click NEXT.
The patient will then fill in the required information, then click Make Payment.
Upon acceptance of the payment, Statements will notify the patient of success.
The patient will also receive an email confirming that the payment has been made.
