This program is a name change from Advancing Care, which CMS has done to place focus on new rules implemented to improve health data exchange and reduce administrative burden on providers. General information can be found on the CMS web site here.

Contact your local Public Health dept. or Chiropractic State Association to verify if there are requirements within your jurisdiction that must be met for Public Health or Registry reporting.

If required you will need to register with and then begin submitting data to the registry to meet standards. While you may use your CT system to generate health summaries you will follow the Registry’s submission process.
