Providers

The Providers module of the Maintenance application allows you to add and delete providers, and add provider details such as their office hours, calendar, license number, facility address, and electronic signature.

Configure a default merchant account for payment processing with the Merchant Account drop-down menu.

NOTE:  
You must add each provider as a user in the User section of the Maintenance application before adding them as a provider here.

 

BEST PRACTICE:  If you intend to enter a name into Supplier Billing Name, be aware that it overrides any name you entered int Site Information's Billing Address "Name" box when creating insurance claims. You should leave Supplier Billing Name blank if you want Site Information's name to appear on claims.
